Static noise how can I get ride of it HELP PLEASE?

I have a cb and scanner in my truck and getting a lot of static when people are talking. I have hade the airials checked out all o k is there some kind of a unit that I can run the spekers through to filter out the static. ?

buy a new one. except, use cellular technology
