Static shock while touching remote caused TV to go off and on every second. The only way to stop from off/on sequence is to press OSD on the TV, but that just leaves ODS in the center of my monitor and the cursor keep panning through the selections. I have no control with the remote or with the TV panel buttons. Picture is fine when it is on. Can you help
