I just asked a question that led to this topic.

It enrages me how people stereotype Iraqis as terrorist when they're the ones who are being terrorized by a bad group of Muslims and even our own AMERICAN TROOPS.

These videos (and there are a lot MORE vulgar ones) I have come across are very rude and disrespectful. What are some of these soldiers thinking? I hope they're truly proud of themselves when they come home.

Bush is by far one of the most gullible people I have encountered in my life and he's running a country that deserves better than billions of dollars being spent on reconstruction of a country that doesn't involve us. Where are the weapons of mass destruction? And letting immature "kids" fight for us isn't going to help any. Some soldiers are there working their butt off trying not to get killed but at the same time risking it all to help our country... but what has the war done for us besides create thousands of deaths and more problems on top another?

Again its my opinion if your don't agree let me know what you think.

  1. Live free or die a prisoner , you don't like what freedom takes then you can leave , it isn't free , It is payed for in a blood sacrifice I have Friends in Iraq , I served from 1995 to 1999 as a civilian with the Air Force and none of them say we shouldn't be there. You wanna live the life you embrace leave the one criticize , they will use children and women as human shields , they have no value of human life and they want this country .Shame on you , your supposed to be an American

  2. Starting a war with Iraq was a terrible mistake. They were no threat to our national security and played no part in 9/11. Bush, Cheney and their ilk should be tried for the war criminals they are and given the appropriate punishment. At the very least they deserve to be locked away for the rest of their lives.

I watched the videos. It obvious that Bush and Cheney don't mind sending other people's young kids to fight their war but when it was time for them to go serve during the Vietnam War era Bush hid in the Texas Air National Guard and Cheney got deferments. Two truely cowardly people.

  3. it seems to be all about profits . watch iraq for sale . after 6 years bush is STILL using no - bid contracts . halliburton , titan , blackwater , KBR ,  etc sell a 6 pack of coke to our army for $ 45.00 . he is the first president in history to start a war yet not raise taxes to pay for it . he has BORROWED 3 to 5 Trillion . my grandkids will still be paying . i hate him . for true change go nader .

  4. Thanks for spreading your hate for America. Keep degrading our troops. You're a great American. I sincerely hope you play in traffic.

Edit: You're hating on America by calling our troops terrorists.

  5. Right or wrong, whatever you believe about Iraq, the bigger question is: "Who made the US the world's policeman"?  Because if we are, then we have alot of other countries to invade.

  6. "It enrages me how people stereotype Iraqis as terrorist"

Who is "people"? I don't think all Iraqis are terrorists. Don't make generalizations.

The first video shows a lot of immaturity, but it's not the end of the world. Most likely a group of bored enlisted soldiers- I'll be anything that after the video ended a pissed off sergeant found out what they were doing and put an end to it.

You can't let a few bad apples spoil the whole barrel. The media loves to show us all the bad things our troops are doing in the middle east, but I've heard firsthand from people that have been there that generally, Iraqis (especially the kids) love American soldiers and appreciate what we're doing to help them.

As for the second video.. so what? The soldier was just joking around with the kid. I don't see anything wrong with it.

"Bush is by far one of the most gullible people I have encountered in my life and he's running a country that deserves better than billions of dollars being spent on reconstruction of a country that doesn't involve us"

The US gives to billions of dollars of aid to places like Africa, 3rd world countries, etc ANYWAY every year. There are plenty of criticisms to be made about Bush but this is not a good one. What were we supposed to do, invade the country and then pack up and leave? Bush would get even more heat for doing that than he's getting for trying to rebuild Iraq.

  7. Nice job. You have an opinion. Everybody does. You know the old expression about them being like @ssholes.  Evertybody has one.

You know as well as everybody else that you can find any kind of slime on YouTube to prove any point you want including a whole lot of anti-war, anti-military, anti-Bush video clips.

Congratulations to you, your laptop and your middle finger.

If the troops who did those things, filmed and posted them are caught by their commanding officers, they will be disciplined, likely losing rank and pay at the very least.

God help them of Bush catches them personally.

Most of our troops are fine young men and women who don't do anything like that.

They're risking their lives for your security, mine, Iraq and that of the Free World

It's unfortunate that there are always a few bad apples.

Don't make it worse by giving them publicity and making it appear that the good troops are like this.

It provides ammunition to our enemies who love to portray Americans just as you just did.

I'm sure they're grateful to you for pointing this out.

  8. There will always be ignorant pigs who say stupid things like "We should just nuke Iraq".

You share the same opinion that 95% of the world (including most Americans) does, so don't feel bad.

  9. If they don't want us there then they can do what other people do to invaders and throw us out.

  10. i could not agree with you more. The bush administration literally brainwashed us to thinking war was necessary.  In the book "what happened" by scott mclellan, he shows information in detail how the bush administration knew their wasn't weapons of mass destruction but led the American people to believe it was real so they could further their neo-con beliefs to pacify nations who seem unstable.  And yes i think the American media does expose muslims as radical terrorist when a lot of them aren't.  In fact the "Blackwater Mercenaries" are led by a billionaire christian extremist.   We dont assume all christians are terrorists, but then again most ppl do not know who the Blackwater mercenaries are.  Also note, that a lot of the friendly fire killings that are blamed on our marines are in fact part of the Blackwater Mercenaries.

  11. I like turtles.
