I've looked online and I found a cheap stationary bike in good condition. I needed to get some sort of indoor weight-loss machine. So far, I've found manual treadmills and stationary bikes inside my budget. I just need something to lose tummy fat and some other fat, not alot, just a little. So my question is, is a stationary bike worth while to lose weight? (I will be riding it an hour daily and I will have a book or tv set to keep myself occupied)
