  1. good cardio tool.  also great for keeping leg muscles loose.


  2. i personally wouldnt do it. i used to play soccer before i hurt myself..i perfer the tredmill and doing wieght lifts with legs and also the stair master or climber. more endurance and power in ur legs. i also used to run laps around the soccer field in my cleats...but it depends on urself and what ur body can handle...i think the stationary bike is a warm up or even yet a rehab untensil lol i see a bunch of old ladies on it lmao
