i have little flabs on my stomach and thighs and plus i want to loose weight around6-10 kgs... so im goin to get a stationary bike... i just want to loose weight and not grow tall... if i work out continously will it have an effect on my height as im alredy tall enough for the time being... me and my bf r of same height so i dont want to grow even more tall...just want to know that will it definitely make u little taller or will it only be concerned with ur weight loss ?thanks
