  1. If you flatten your tummy, you might have better posture. so that would make you taller by standing straighter

  2. Cycling on any kind of bike will not make you taller. Cycling will tone up your legs and bum, but don't expect results overnight. It will take several weeks for differences to show up. But -- do it regardless. You will lose body fat and put on shaped and toned muscle even if your weight does not change significantly because of cycling alone. To lose weight you have to combine exercise with diet.

  3. cycling won't flatten your tummy. you need to do sit ups and crunches. it will tone your leg muscles, and improve your cardio-vascular system. get a real bike. go on real bike rides with your boyfriend. you'll get more out of your exercise, and your relationship. get a stationary trainer to mount your bike to for rainy days, and the winter months..

  4. fat bottom girls make the rockin world go round.

  5. ww, Sit ups and crunches will NOT flatten the tummy.  You can not spot reduce.

  6. I hate to throw a spanner in the works but cycling alone isn't going to make you lose 6-10kg of weight and it certainly won't make you any taller.  You would have to combine your cycling with something like weight training as the ideal for losing weight is to have a mixture of aerobic and anaerobic exercise as well as ensuring you eat a low fat diet.
