I've always had this doubt about whether I should use a higher level while on the bike (per say from levels 1 to 20, use the 7 or 8) or something more normal like on level 5. I'm trying to lose some weight...so I add to my workout jogging and the elliptical machine as well as the stationary bike so that's why i'm wondering. Which one is better for weight loss? since my legs are already kind of big...I really would like to slim them down. Thank you.
