Statistically what sport has the least "shocks"?

I think that although you may think golf has no shocks it actually has loads!!! Otherwise Tiger would be odds on before a tournament as opposed to 4 or 5/1

I agree that NBA totals are easy to cap (and also that watching NBA games aren't terribly interesting!).  If you learn the right stats to read, it's pretty simple to be on the winning side of intra-conference and intra-division NBA and NHL totals (regular season).  Conference NFL "home 'dogs" also have a good winning percentage.

It has to be golf. Tiger Woods wins pretty much every important tournament he enters.
