Statistics Question: Which of these three people has the highest chance to win?

There are three. The host gives each of these three people the opportunity to guess a number between 1-10. The guesses are said out loud and rotate from person 1 then to person 2 then to person 3.

After person 3 guesses, if the answer hasn't been picked, then person 1 gets to guess again.

Once the number is picked, then the game ends and the person responsible for picking the number wins.

If you get to pick your position (person 1, 2 or 3) which person has the highest chance of getting the correct answer?

hmm...it really depends on the guesses people make, but my bet would be to go to position number 2.

The person in position 1. If the correct number is not picked after 3 rounds (or 9 guesses), the first person knows with certainty (100% chance of winning) what the correct number is.
