Statistics about Disney World?

Question

I'm doing a project about Disney World, specifically the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, and I'm looking for resources where I can find information about the average daily attendance to the park and the average time people wait in lines while at the park.

Other information would be good too, in terms of money, time, etc.

see if your local libary has a copy of Birnbaum's WDW guide - there's plenty of good info there

go to disneyworld.com and plan your trip. then call the number to customer service and they'll give you your ticket and anything else you need to know. But check out the website before you call becuse they have plans. Like if you're a florida resident you get a major discount.

you can try www.allearsnet.com or wikipedia. but Disney does not like to share that information. and for several reasons.

1- they do not what the competition to know how they are doing.

2- they don't want people to not visit during certain time of year because "those are the busy times".

3- its difficult with everything they have to do to go out of their way to share that information. i mean, to the average person it doesn't matter how many people went to the park last Tuesday. you know what i mean...

The average person will spend about 200 to 500 dollars at Disney, average wait time varies from ride to ride, and the park attendance varies from day to day.
