Statistics books?

Question

I hate statistics but I have to use it for my social psychology project and I have to master it in a month. Can somebody recommend a quick and simple guide for that? I'm going to use SPSS.

There is no quick and easy way to learn statistics, and mastering it in a month is not realistic.
