Can somebody give me the stats on how the number one players in singles and doubles for both men and women have fared this year?

You can go to the ATP website.

It shows the leaders in various categories. Also if you want this information about a specific player click on their name (or click on players and search by last name) and then click on 'YTD Match Stats.' This information updates every week along with the rankings. Hope this helped.
