Status is frozen, can't access any applications or...

Question

My status is frozen. I can not clear it or update it from the web. At this point, I can only update my status with my iphone. I also can not access any applications at all. The toolbar at the bottom of the screen that has applications, chat, online friends and notifications can't be accessed either. I have clearned my cookies and temp. internet files already. Please help!!!!
