Is this a question or comment.  Unfortunately it is difficult for a judge to give an exact answer because despite what the 'feminist movement' may claim there are many points to consider.  Some claimed rapes are NOT rape only 'getting back at the male'.  TRUE rape should have mandatory chemical castration.   Should a woman cry RAPE! falsely she should also be tattooed on her forehead...

There is not any such thing in the UK!  I wish those god d**n Yanks, would not come on here and dogmatically assert what " The LAW" is, when quite frankly they do not have a clue.
