Stay in shape for dance?

does anyone have any tips on how to stay in shape and flexilbe during the off season for my dance team

  1. Doing an open beginners' dance class at any local studio would keep you both in shape (and motivated) as others will keep you going.

    Otherwise get a secondhand copy (from ebay) of New York city ballet workout. [Also available new of course from amazon etc]. Do not be put off by the term ballet - it's a real fitness work out, but specifically good for dancers of all types.

    Do that daily / every 2 days and you will maintain fitness and proably even improve. It's excellent and safe.
