  1. CBP officer will decide how long you can stay.  See a note on I-94 and do not overstay ever!!!

  2. why wuld anyone want to live in america?

the glamour and the fast life of the country is propaganda in the media, its not really like that.

in reality its boring, im moving to london, so come join me

  3. if you belong a a country in the visa waiver? it is 90 days, if you asked for a visa? the date of departure will be shown on your visa,

and at entry? you have received a stamped date for return,

beware, do not overstay, it will cause you many problems, like being barred for the next 10 years, and entered into files and computer,

you will be refused other visas from other countries:potential illegal immigrant,

  4. look at the  date on your I94    don;t jeopardize  future  visas   leave  by that date   staying illegally will only be matter of time  before  ICE meets up with you then its 10 yrs before youc an re apply again

  5. depends where you come from.

also, your visa if you come via one, will show you.

  6. When you arrived you received an I-94.  The CBP Officer at the port of entry should have put a departure date on the I-94.  You have to leave by that date.
