That being said i think its time to start withdrawaling we've done everything we could, and Iraq is becoming more and more stable every day.  The iraq war will go down in history as a victory for the US.

Stay in! We need to be in it for the long haul. Support our troops. If any future president pulls us out, Guess what, Our children will suffer and they act of terror will rise. Troops will have to be put back, to protect ourselves again. The worst part, To put our troops back in there after pulling out, we would be starting this whole thing from scratch. We need to carry this out, to protect our generations to come. We are a threat, we are one of the greatest nations. We need to stand our ground and not forget about 9/11! We didn't just go after one country, we are in many countries, protecting ourselves. Iraq, Afanistan, Iran, Chad, Jordan, and many others. We are fighting anyone, who is a threat to us. People need to stop holding signs against and support OUR COUNTRY!

Our country, is strong and needs to stay put and not run away with our tails between our legs. We shouldn't pull out when things get tough!

We should pull out. I hope conservatives give me a chance, because some may agree with me, but here it is;

- We don't really belong there in the first place. There were no WMDs, and other than being a tyrannical a*****e, Saddam was just your average ruler keeping people in line. Now those people he kept in line want to kill us, and they are justified by it so long as we remain there. It doesn't matter if we think they are justified because they think they are justified and we, as westerners, don't really exist to them. Any young man without a family is going to draw to an obvious conclusion, and even the man with a family is going to do his job with reservations. Even soldiers lose morale... what more or less can we expect from "civvies"?

- We know where Osama bin Laden is. That is where we should have 150,000 soldiers. Be it by blood in battle or the rain of cruise missiles from the skies and the sea, we should be tracking *the enemy* and not settling our parent's grudges...

- Malaki wants us to leave and has endorsed Obama's plan for withdrawal.

- Everyone wants to kick Iran in the shin. We need our troops home and in high spirits for the battle yet to come, and we also need fresh troops to threaten Russia with.

The Iraqi government is working, the people there know freedom so why in h**l would we leave now before the job is complete? We went there to free the country and we should stay until all is working well.

Pull Out

Everyone in the Military Command prior to Bush taking over, new Iraq was the wrong war. Do you think so many generals were resigning of their own accord. Bush needed a yes sir.

That surge could served other purposes, it was Rumsfield's idea that there was enough troops on the ground to begin with.

On the other hand, we cannot control Iraq, what makes everyone think we can control Iran or any other middle eastern nation - much less Russia.

The US military is made for fighting real wars, not this sissy wars where like in the past it was the CIA that did the fighting. You fool know one that you have experience in nation building.

For a nation less than 250 yrs old, it has set boots in all continents in support off and fought in 2 major wars in support off and fought about 10 wars with nations like the one Russia fought - so in reality it is the one with the bigger hammer that bullies the smaller ones.

I think we should pull out as soon as possible. we already won the war there and can no longer afford to keep spending money on people that hate us and want us out. to stay there will destroy this country and then who will help them.
