Staying Full For 14 hours!?

So, Ramadan is coming up very soon. And I cannot eat while the sun is up. I am allowed to wake up in the early morning to eat, which i am doing.

What should I eat in the early morning to keep me full as long as possible, until evening time?

Is Drinking Protein Drinks a smart thing to do in the early morning?

  1. eat something with lots of protein for sure. i would have a peanut butter and banana sandwich with a glass of milk or a protein drink. =]


  2. Well, you are allowed to drink water, that will keep the worst feeling of hunger away. But the whole point is for you to feel hungry ... what will you learn, if you feel full all the time??
