Staying at the getaway club peurto vallarta?

Well my mom booked us an all inclusive package for the getaway club, then we later found out it was topless, is this true? How was it overall? How was the beach?

You are Canadian.  You know that if you wanted to you can walk topless right smack down Yonge st and there is nothing illegal about it.  If a cop said anything to you he would be violating your rights.

To answer your question . It is not legal to do so here.

Although I see it from time to time where the "French Canadians" hang out(So to Speak)

I'm not sure about any specific hotels.

BUT, there are no "private" beaches in PV.  They are all owned by the government and are public.  You may have to access them through a resort or hotel, but the beach is not private.

Topless sunbathing for women is indeed illegal here.  We stay on the beach in the romantic zone, and have seen the police force women to cover up several times.

It is not topless but if you want to is ok because this hotel is only for adults and the beach is nice there.

Is by down town and easy to get any where.
