Well, I did something really stupid and pulled an all nighter last night. And I did this with the knowledge that I'm probably not going to sleep tonight, as i'm at a friend's house.
So I need to a) keep myself awake until 5:30pm (British time)
and b) Stay awake once I've gotten there
I've just had a 2 hour nap, and went for a cycle at 6:30 am, where I bought a Relentless.
So i'm wondering if there are any good tips on how to stay awake for the next day or so.
Help would be much appreciated, thanks.
