Staying connect to web while travelling?

im wanting to know while travelling around OZ how do i go with keeping connected to the web?

what are the costs?

any other info would be helpful also

There are Internet cafes all over the place.  I don't know what they charge, but it is not a lot  Some hotels have business centres that have computers with web access.  Public libraries have free net access.
