How long can you stay in America, on holiday, without needing a Visa?

It depends on where you're from. Apparently, if you're from one of the 27 countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program and you're traveling for tourism or business, you can stay in the USA for up to 90 days without a visa. Check this page to see if your home country is one of the 27:
