Staying in Cooma?

Question

Has anyone gone to Cooma, Australia? How's the place? Tourist spots? attractions? how about lodging? am planning to visit this June and i have just a little idea about the town.

Another thing, is Sovereign Inn Cooma a nice place to stay? room and budget wise?

I stayed overnight at Cooma on one occassion it was in June and extremely cold there was nothing there to see in Cooma itself but had some good cafes....nice food.

its a beautiful place, not far from perisher blue, n extremely cold, not many attractions, except 360degree views of snowy mountains lol :)
