The Ukrainian striker has admitted that he is ready to quit Dynamo Moscow in near future but will consider his future after Euro 2012
Striker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Andriy-Voronin-c6020, has admitted that he is ready to quit Dynamo Moscow during the upcoming summer transfer window after a terrible Russian Premier League campaign.
The Ukrainian forward had reiterated his desire to join a bigger club in England or Germany previously, whom he had been working with during his professional playing career. By making these comments, Voronin had hinted about his
possible return to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 or Bayer Leverkusen.
However, the 32-year-old has changed his mind to try his fate in a different league by admitting that he is considering a stay in the league should he receive any serious proposal this winter.
Voronin, who had extended his stay at Arena Khimki earlier this year, revealed that he does not want to comment on his preferred destinations and assured the fans of making his decision after Euros.
“My agent is dealing with it. I have already told the club about my desire to leave. I have spent enough time in Moscow but it’s time to move on.” The Ukrainian national was quoted as saying.
If speculations are to be believed, Rubin Kazan and Zenit St. Petersburg are in line to provide Voronin an escape route from the Moscow-based club. However, media reports suggest that the aforementioned club will send a concrete
proposal after the end of the European Championship in July.
Voronin, who joined Dynamo after spending a season long loan-spell at Hertha http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Berlin-c7536, admitted that he is unhappy with his current club, citing their failure to secure UEFA Champions League berth this season.
The Moscow-based will play in the UEFA Europa League next season after finishing 4th in the league table.
Dynamo, meanwhile, failed to win their first ever Russian cup since the inception of the Russian top division after suffering a 1-0 defeat in the cup final against Rubin Kazan at Yekaterinburg stadium.
Voronin’s long-term future at Moscow has been put into serious doubts after news in Russian media suggested that the Ukrainian striker has fallen out with Sergei Silkin.
