Staying in the us?

hello

i'm 13 years old and i'm going to be at the high school next year.

my aunt lives in USA and her little son is spacial needs(Autism)

he is giving her hard times but i can help her a lot

because her son loves me so much and listen to me more than

the others,

my aunt needs my help a lot and she asked my parents

if they allow me to live with her in usa

my parents accept this because my aunt going to be sick from her son.

-but the problem is that's i'm a syrian citizen and i'm not allowed to stay in usa

what's can me and my aunt do to take me to her and continue

my study in the school

please help us (importantly)!

  1. Dear Night Hacker, if you don't believe the earlier answers go to the embassy in Damascus and ask the consular chief there. Or you can send them an email with your question to ivdamascus@state.gov or nivdamascus@state.gov.


  2. first of all you are to young to take care of a child in the eyes of the law, there are much papers that will be required from either your parents or your aunt, either will have to prove financial support,

    your aunt will have to find a school for you in the US,in her city that will accept you, give this link to your aunt.......
