at redlobsters when u order Steak* Lobster-and-Shrimp Oscar. how big is the steak?(weight if possible)

I am a former chef and for the price I have seen on the menu it would range between 4-6 ounces and be a top or bottom sirloin not striploin, most likely a treated steak, one that has been marinated, and then the pre-portioned shrimp and lobster mix is heated, then added and the hollandaise sauce is the last to go on, it is not a dietetic meal.
