Like a year ago I got cut stealin some stupid stuff (2 cheap bracalets)on a big store, they made me wait with handcuffs til the police came, they asked me my name, direction etc, and tell me that the store was goin to make me pay a penalty and probably the police too, then the cop came and made me go in front of his car, there he asked me my name and where i live and he wrote it in a paper, and then he let me go and he just tell me that if they cut me again in this store I will be in trouble, and that also maybe if i come back to the store they ask me to leave, well anyways this year I ddnt get no notice of any penalties or anything, so the only that I don't kno is what that cop did with my name etc. he put it on a datebase or smethin an now I have a stealing record or why he asked me for my name etc? bc now for smehtin I have to do I need a police record and better if is clean, yall think it will be clean?

  1. Unless you went to court and were convicted you have a clean police record.  Stop stealing stupid stuff - it's too risky.  Steal like the rest of America - overuse your credit cards and then default on the payments - it's more socially acceptable :)

  2. u very lucky. ur record is clean but they have ur info in case u do somethin like this again they can charge u and use this against u.
