  1. have him steal a copy of an upcoming test, and the guy doesn't bring it back because he wants to get an A, but the girl is already a straight A student.Good luck to you.

  2. How about her gradebook or her laptop?

  3. The guy steals the teachers iphone, and wont bring it back because he has seen the teachers messages to another teacher saying he is g*y and he dare not bring the iphone back because he accidently took a photo of himself and cant delete it, so the teacher might think that her boyfriend is g*y also, the murder that she saw was of her boyfriends teacher beating up the other teacher for laughing at him declaring he was coming out of the closet, or something else!

  4. no  clue

  5. the teachers hard drive with pics of her and the  Princeple "working late" the boy student is failing and is going to blackmail the teacher with the photos

  6. What is your plot, besides someone stealing something and someone else returning it? You are probably stuck b/c you have no plot, only an idea.

A plot is the sequence of events that a character goes through in order to reach a resolution, where as an idea is just a general thought. For example the idea behind the first Harry Potter book would be a new wizard facing evil. The plot is all the conflicts(dealing with Snape, finding out what the sorcerers stone was, getting past the dog/chess/etc, and the eventual climax(fighting Querrell/Voltamort), and resolution(defeating Querrell). If you have no plot, there is no way you can figure out your characters motivation.

You need to know why he needs to steal "something", what will he do with it, what conflict will it cause, etc. Why is it vital to the plot. Without knowing this, it will be impossible to figure out what the item is. Why does the girl have to bring it back? Why does it have to be brought back at all?

Sometimes it is hard to find the plot of a story, most people do not even realize they are missing it. Do you have an outline for this story? Are all the parts of the story figured out(Exposition, rising action, climax, etc)

A lot more info about the story is needed to help you. Most needed is a general outline of the plot(where are you going with this), what does the teacher have to do with the girl seeing a murder, how are you going to tie stealing "something" into the murder plot?
