You can try the restaurant at M Hotel, second floor. Nice city view, airconditioned yet pleasant environment. OCBC card still have 10% discount

Try Koka if you like spicy steamboat.

Seoul garden will be a cheap alternative tho.

Hello, I saw ur reply on my question. Okie I search the place for you and i realised i got the name wrong. its COCA not Koka haha. They have it here: Coca steamboat @ international building or ngee ann city
