Answered a similar question a couple of days ago.

Use a tool called an Ez-Out. You drill a small hole in the middle of the s***w, then tap the Ez-Out into the hole. This gives you the grip to back the s***w out cleanly.

You can drill them out and use a s***w extractor.(Sold at hardware store)
