What are the PROS & CONS for BOTH?

Well air bags are primarily inserted as a safety feature so there's a pro. A con of an air bag is the weight it takes up & cost to replace if deployed (accidently or purposely).

A steering wheel with out an air bag does open the style possibilities alot & helps if you're looking to get an race style aftermarket steering wheel in your car.

steering wheels w/air bags:

pros: safer in result of a collision, stock

cons: if a professional racer the air bag would prove to weigh the car down, cutting off power/weight ratio

steering wheels w/o air bags:

pros: lighter vehicle, circuit/racing cars don't have air bags, most of these steering wheels can come in quick release so you can take your steering wheel with you so no one jacks your car

cons: you better not get into a car crash or there won't be an airbag to catch you
