Steering wheel jerks when turning

so the car i'm wanting to buy is being sold me to through a family member. its a 2001 Saturn and its only 1500. he told me that everything worked fine except when you are going at a pretty good speed around a right corner the steering wheel will jerk. they took it to many places but no one knows whats wrong. does anyone know what could cause this and how much it cost to fix it?

  2. the power steering pressure on one side is leak its even and when you turn it applies more hydraulic fluid to one side to help you steer
