I have my own thoughts on the definetition of STEEZ. Now give me yours, Dont look at other peoples answers b 4 you answer. Just give me your take and define STEEZ..

steez is to snowboarding what "dank" is to bud.  It's smooth awesome intense and chill all at the same time.  

I really can't think of a more simple snowboarderly way to put it.

i try and look as smooth and dope as possible. even if i land the trick and everyone is stoked, i wont be stoked untill i get the trick looking good. when i spin, sucking up my knees and tweaking out my tail and nose grabs is a most. jibbing, staying low on my boardslides. nose and tail slides trying to extend alot while staying low. if i can slide it i immiadatly think of spinning into to it or out of it. on my presses, i wont even say i did it unless i PRESSED. none of that weak press business.  steez is everything for me.

i love snowboarding and part of doing that huge booter in the middle of no where or that huge 30 set rail or gap rail that you know will be perfect in the winter, is making the trick or tricks that your going to stomp on it looking good and stylish.

i think its just being real laid backk and of course having your own style. wearing what you want and pulling of the tricks how you want.  style is definetly important in snowboarding. its stupid to just follow what everyone else is doing. someone whos really confident with their own style and riding and isnt worried about fitting in with the rest of the crowd

Steez goes beyond style.  It's a vibe you give off, or a kind of aura. It's an energy one gives off that people want to soak up. It's an intangable personality trait.  It's where everything you do looks good, even if it really sucked.  It's like the expression: "Wherever I am is the place to be."  It's what separates a snowboarder from someone who rides a snowboard.  (It can also be applied to skateboarding, surfing or wakeboarding.)  It's when you have blended so seamlessly into snowboarding that you can't be separated from snowboarding and snowboarding can't be separated from you.

Steez is when you walk into a room and everyone assumes you are a pro, team rider or a rep.  It's when people want to watch you ride, even though you may not be the best rider.  

Not everyone has steez.  I don;t know if it is something that is learned, cultivated and finally used; or it is an innate part of some people's personality.

I think my definition of steez is having a cool unique style, and having flow to it.  Like no awkwardness, like everything was done of purpose and smooth...I mean, you may be able to pull a 1080, but if you can't do it smoothly, I'd choose somebody who could do less rotations but have a grace and smoothness to it.  I also think you could say it would also be innovative, like doing something new.

in my opinion, it's the same as gnarly. also if you were to say h e l l yeah that was scketchy, you could say d a m n that was steezy. it's the word for cool is snowboarding i guess lol. if someone's good and had nasty style they've got steez.

I think the definition of Steez is having good style and making your tricks look easy. Im not totally sure on that one though?. Good luck with the riding.
