Stefan Savić turns down Tottenham for Arsenal

Highly rated Montenegrin defender Stefan Savić claims that he will sign a pre-contract agreement with Arsenal tomorrow, having turned down moves to Tottenham Hotspur and Birmingham City. The 19-year-old centre back claims that he will move from Serbian side BSK Borca to the Gunners in the summer.
