The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has been extending its viewership boundaries for a long time. With mixed martial arts (MMA) fans eager to watch new faces and new fights, the UFC has always given its fans what they want.
Next year, the UFC will be featuring a bout between American MMA fighter Dave Herman and Dutch fighter Stefan Struve. Their bout is set to take place on February 13, 2012 at UFC on Fuel 1.
Herman made his UFC debut in June 2011 against Norwegian fighter Jon Olav Einemo at UFC 131 and won the bout. He is currently enjoying a consecutive streak of three wins. He won his bout at Bellator 31 against Polish fighter Michal
Kita in September 2010. His second win came against Japanese Yoshihiro Nakao at World Victory Road Presents: Soul of Fight event in December 2010.

For his, Struve would be an obvious hurdle as he would be entering in his tenth UFC bout and would bring in a higher amount of experience of fighting in the UFC octagon ring.
According to UFC officials and management have confirmed the reports that both Herman and Struve have verbally agreed to their matchup in February 2012. The venue of the UFC on Fuel 1 event is yet to be decided by the UFC officials
but at the time being, both fighters are mentally prepared for their bout next year in February. As per some reports, the venue of the event would be Omaha, Nebraska, but confirmed news about the venue will come soon.
