The Crociati captain believes that the guidance of the experienced players in the Gialloblu to the young signings will be the key to the club’s success in the upcoming season.
Stefano Morrone is looking forward to the upcoming campaign with Parma, and has stressed that the club should look to get a good start to their season, in order to spare themselves the suffering of getting near the relegation zone.

The Crociati will be missing the services of their key goalscorer http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sebastian-Giovinco-c32724 in their next season, pertaining to his sale back to Juventus in the summer transfer window, but the team has procured talent from the summer market to replenish their strength.
Morrone insisted that despite the change in coaching staff and key players from their last season, the team must look to stay true to their philosophy and loyalty to the shirt.
The Parma captain went on to urge the senior members of the Crusaders to help the new signings to settle down at the club, and stressed that it is their duty to inculcate in the young players the meaning and spirit of being a Gialloblu player.
While talking to the press, the 33-year-old said:
“We are continuing with our philosophy - humility, self-sacrifice and devotion to this shirt. We ‘experienced’ members of the team must help all the younger members settle in, we must explain all our ideas and in particular our understanding of football.”
Morrone went on to stress that the team must look to take early advantage in order to save themselves the agony of hovering around the relegation zone, and urged the fans to show patience and support for the team no matter what the circumstances.
“We want to have a good season maybe without suffering at the end of the table, instead taking some satisfaction for the campaign. I say to the fans to stay calm because we will, as always, on the pitch.” He added.
