Step Brothers out of 10?

For the people lucky enough to have already seen Step Brothers, whats the verdict on it? It comes out in the UK on Friday and I'm not sure whether to see it or not. The last Ferrell movie I saw was pretty poor in my opinion - that was Semi-Pro. I would give that a 5 out of 10 because there was some funny moments but most of the film was pretty poor with not enough laughs. Obviously, Anchorman is his funniest film, but is Step Brothers as good as Blades of Glory and Talladega Nights or is it down there with Semi-Pro and pretty average?

How much would you give it out of 10 and is it a belly bursting film or just slight chuckles here and there? If you hate Will Ferrell, then don't bother answering because you will just tell me it's c**p anyway

It was a 6..Talladaga Nights was way funnier...I loved when he was on invisable fire.  I would say you really should watch Tropic Thunder that is way funnier.

I gave it an 9. Pretty funny, it's up their with my two other favorites: Anchorman and Talladega Nights.

I liked Semi-Pro better than Blades of Glory by the way

I have been getting a lot of mixed reviews about this movie. Some people love it, some people hate it, some people are just plain grossed out by it. I'm in the love it category. There were a few unnecessary gross out scenes but the rest of it is just awesome straight forward comedy.

John C. Reilly and Will Ferrell are amazing. I also loved Talladega Nights so it was great too see them as co-actors again. The story is ridiculous, there's no doubt about that, but it's really fun and I felt it moved along very well. I was also laughing out loud at the humor in this movie. There are so many spot on jokes and so many quotable lines.

See this one if you're a fan of films like Talladega Nights, Superbad and Walk Hard. I think you'll find that is quite a bit to love about it.
