Step Grandma dosent respect my eating habits and feed me pork?

She cooked green beans with a neck bone in them and I didn’t know and I ate them. And I so the neckbone in them after I ate the green beans and she lied and said it work beef and im like no that’s not that’s pork. And she said it isn’t like I ate the pork I just used it to to season it. My parents are muslim and don’t want me to eat work so how can I get it out my system

  1. Well you're not going to get it out of your system until your body does what it does.......I'm surprised that your parents didn't aprise your "grandma" of your dietary needs.


  2. Your body will rid itself of the pork just be working the way it's designed to.  You needn't do anything special and you really needn't worry about it - you ate it completely by accident.

    You absolutely must tell your parents, though, so they can explain the importance of the Muslim restriction against pork.  She needs to respect it or not expect you or your parents to sample her cooking.

    VEGETARIAN DIET MAY REDUCE HEART DISEASE AND CANCER

    Vegetarians may have a lower risk of heart disease and bowel cancer than meat and fish eaters because of an acid found in fruit and vegetables, Scottish scientists said.

    Like people taking low-dose aspirin to prevent heart attacks, vegetarians have lots of salicylic acid, aspirin's main anti-inflammatory component, in their blood.

    Dr. John Paterson, a chemical pathologist at the Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary in Scotland believes salicylic acid could protect vegetarians from heart disease and cancer just as it protects people taking aspirin.

    "Studies have shown that if you eat fruits and vegetables you have a lower risk of heart disease, strokes, and cancer. Part of the reason to explain that lower risk could be salicylic acid," Paterson said in a telephone interview.

    A peer-reviewed medical study, in the International Journal of Health Services, suggests that the genetically engineered bovine growth hormone, rBGH, commonly administered to dairy cows to boost milk production, may promote cancer of the breast and colon. This product has been in widespread use on dairy farms in the U.S., and consumers have been drinking milk from these cows - largely unknowingly - for several years. In addition to the cancer risk, injecting rBGH reduces a cows life expectancy and increases her risk of disease, leading to increased use of anti-biotic injections, thus leaving residues of these drugs in the milk.   7. There is no way to get it out of your system other than to just let your body digest. Within 24-48 hours it will be gone.

    Talk to you parents about this, that way they know what's happening and will understand if you don't want to eat there any more.

  9. Eat lots of raw fibrous vegetables (carrots are best) and drink plenty of water to cleanse your system.  Tell your parents, and bring your own food to Grandma's in the future.
