Step-family and politics....ughhh!!!?

Okay my step mom and all of her family are all for McCain...My whole family...well not so much...Well once some one starts a convo about politics good god it becomes h**l...They want everyone to end up liking McCain the most afterwards. And it is so annoying. Like today me my 2 bros and my step brother and sister and step cousin were downstairs watching tv...well something came up about the election and my step cousin [11] goes " Obama f**king sucks!!!" so my lil brother is an idiot [7] and goes " Whooo Obama rules McCain sucks"

Then this whole war breaks out lol...And my step brother [16] is telling my little brother Obama is going to ban halo and all these other video games he likes so he will turn against Obama all wich of course is a bunch of bull sh*t...We all try to avoid this topic but they always bring it up and it's obnoxious. There kids don't know one effin thing about either of them they just believe what there parents believe because they tell them too...What should I do I am soo tired of this they just keep going on and on..

tell them you are all to young to vote and you are glad they are paying attention and have an opinion because on day they will be able to vote too.

tell them you respect their opinion but they don't need to try to force it upon you. ask them nicely to respect your opinion and keep theirs to themselves.

Thats basically how everyone votes.However their parents voted is how they vote.Personally I do not care much for either of them.I liked Ron Paul.

We also are a blended family

we have a couple of rules for family get togethers

No talking politics

and

No talking religion

Have to have it this way or life is just h**l
