The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 U-21striker hails his development at San Siro, and compares himself to Alexandre Pato and Robinho; the striker gutted with Sulley Muntari disallowed goal.

A.C Milan striker, Stephan El Shaarawy, has revealed that he is happy at San Siro, and never thought of leaving the club.
El-Shaarawy was heavily linked with a move to several Italian clubs after the youngster struggled in his initial days at Milan. He was linked with a move to his old club, Genoa, and Cagliari were also believed to be interested
in the striker.
However, injury problems in the Milanese ranks, allowed the former Padova star to prove his worth with the Italian Champions. El-Shaarawy started a handful of matches in the absence of the senior strikers, and performed considerably
well.
The 19-year-old has confirmed that he wants to remain a Rossoneri for a long time, and he never wanted to leave the club. He believes that the move to Milan has helped him grow a lot, and he is blessed to have some world-class
players playing alongside him.
While talking to Gazetta dello Sport, El-Shaarawy said:
“I want to stay at Milan for some time to come. I never wanted to leave when I wasn’t playing. There are so many champions here that I was learning so much from them in training.”
El-Shaarawy believes that he is a mixture of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robinho-c31382 and Alexandre Pato, as his playing style is similar to the Brazilian strikers.
“Given my characteristics and technique, I feel a bit like Robinho. When it comes to speed and breaking into space, I’m a bit like http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Alexandre-Pato-c4901.”
While questioned on the controversy that broke in the Milan-Juve clash at the weekend, El-Shaarawy insists that he sees no reason for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sulley-Muntari-c34312’s goal to have been disallowed, as it was visible from the touchlines.
“I was on the bench and I could see that it had gone in by half a metre. The linesman was level with the play. Perhaps he was concentrating on whether Muntari was onside or not. That can be the only explanation for the error.”
The striker has scored four goals in all competitions for the Rossoneri this season.
