Stephane Mbia wants a Manchester United move, FC Copenhagen’s
Oscar Wendt could move to Marseille

Stephane Mbia dreams of a Manchester United move
Stephane Mbia admitted recently he wanted to use Ligue 1 giants Marseille to get to other top European clubs, like Manchester United. The Cameroon international has previously been linked with a host of Premier League sides but chose to stay with the French
outfit. The 24-year-old midfielder recently signed a contract extension with Marseille, which will keep him with the club until the 2014 season.
Mbia admitted that despite being happy with Marseille, he wanted to move to Manchester United. The midfielder said while speaking to reporters, “I want to go as high as possible. First I want to do well at Marseille, so my performances will one day send
me to a club like Manchester United.”
The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Cameroon-c2865 international revealed La Liga giants Real Madrid were a possibility he would consider, but his first preference were the Red Devils. He continued, “Real Madrid are also an attractive side, but the club of my dreams is Manchester United. I feel
fine at Marseille for now, but you have to have ambition.”
Mbia has made 17 appearances for his national side so far and has been very impressive. The powerful and creative midfielder possesses the ability to play as a right back and central defender, if need be. He arrived at Marseille for €16 million from Stade
Rennes in 2009 and didn’t take long to establish himself at the French side, becoming an instant hit.
Oscar Wendt admits Ligue 1 interest
http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Taye-Taiwo-c34728, who will most likely make an exit
in the summer.
Wendt admitted that a direct move had not been made for him as yet; he said while speaking to reporters, “I have read that Marseille are interested in me, but no-one has made direct contact as yet. If they did get in touch, of course I would listen carefully
to what they have to say.”
The 25-year-old revealed he was looking for another challenge, preferably a different league. He continued, “I have been here five years and had an amazing time, but now I want to experience a new challenge at a bigger club in a better league. Ligue 1 is
definitely a possibility.”
Having been with the Danish side FC Copenhagen for over five years now, it is understandable why the defender is looking for a move away. His side face English Premier League side http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 in the second leg of the Champions League round-of-16 at Stamford
Bridge, having lost the first leg 2-0, and the player is expected to make his decision if his side are eliminated.
