Stephanie Rice - AUS swimmer - hanged the flag UPSIDE DOWN?!?

After Stephanine Rice - Australian Olympic Swimmer (now double gold medalist) - got her medal on the podium, a member of the audience gave her the Australian flag, and she proceeded to parade around the water cube wearing it like a cape. Didn't she notice she had it UPSIDE DOWN? In flag etiquette, an upside-down national flag a distress signal.

Furthermore, you should never wear the flag as an article of clothing.  She messed up on two levels.  Very classless.
