Wolverhampton midfielder Stephen Hunt revealed he was set to return to training after being sidelined for six weeks with a calf injury. The 29-year-old hinted he might be available for the Premier League clash against Aston Villa on the 19th
of March, refusing to rule him out of the upcoming fixture.
If he is unable to return for the match against Villa, Hunt will definitely make an appearance against Newcastle United in April. The http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Republic-of-Ireland-c2987 international revealed he was desperate to return to action, having been out since late January.
Hunt said while speaking to reporters, “I'm back running again and hopefully within the next week I'll be back training. After that it's up to the gaffer as to when I'm involved. I feel as fresh as a daisy now and am looking forward to being back.”
He continued, “If I'm not ready for Villa, then there's an international break and if I could get in that squad (against Macedonia) maybe I could get some game minutes there. That would help me with Wolves as well but that's up to the international manager.”
The midfielder was confident his contribution, even in the last few games, would be crucial for his side. He added, “If I do get back for the last eight or nine games, I'll be hoping to make a good contribution and maybe even a few goals as well.”

An official statement from Everton confirmed that Spanish midfielder had suffered a hamstring tear, which might mark the end of his season. The club however, refused to comment on how long the 28-year-old would be out for. Arteta sustained the injury during
the 1-1 draw against Birmingham City, having to be taken off after only 10 minutes into the game.
