Question:

Stephen Truscott (OJ north) - If he didn't do it who did?

Someone has to help me here. I've followed this story over the years and I still can't determine from the reams and reams of books, articles, opinions and interviews whether he killed her or not. They have shed sufficient light to prove that there is a reasonable doubt. They CANNOT prove he did not do it. I can list 10 reasons, which are verifiable fact from books on the subject, that would compel you to think he DID. Why are people so eager to villify the court system over something not one of them actually knows for sure? It just seems like 99.9% of Canada firmly believes he is innocent. OJ Simpson had far more doubt shed on his guilt and 0% of people believe he is innocent.

Go figure.

  1. I guess you havent read his book where he confessed and had more so much information as to how it was done that it really put it even more together for the police, BECAUSE HE DID IT.

He wrote this book because he cannot be prosecuted for the crime now because of double jeporady in the US.

Now of course he thinks he is above the law. In the civil suit he lost because more evidence could be let in... his rights were  so precious in the first trial that some things were left out of the trial. Money and lawyers 2 things he had. I have noticed how karma has come around to bite the two biggest lawyers in the azz... two that defended OJ the most died way before their time. All that money and no place to spend it now. LOL

  2. Please don't compare Stephen Truscott to OJ Simpson.  He is NOT the  OJ of Canada, even if he were guilty.  Personally I don't believe that  Mr.Truscott killed that girl.

Wasn't it close to a military base?

I'd love to hear your 10 reasons.

After the jury acquitted OJ and heard some of the evidence that was kept from them some of them admitted that their verdict would have been different.   To state that 0% of people believe he is innocent just isn't true. The percentage is very low but not zero.  You're stating your opinions not actual facts.

I can't believe that anyone would try like Mr Truscott has,  to prove their innocence if they were guilty.
