Stephenie realizes shes a bad writer (she wont admit it tho)?

thats why she discontinued with writing midnight sun. i dont blame her after what happened with breaking dawn. you agree?

No way. i reckon shes under so much pressure to rewrite something which she has already written. Think of it. you wrote a book from somes POV, got it so it sounded perfectly to you, the you had to mix it all up, take away the perfect words, and write it from someone elses POV!

No, in fact Harry Potter series sold more books worldwide and has made J.K. Rowling the first author in the world to be a billionaire. Before that Jo was a single mother on welfare.

And let me get this straight - Ms. Meyer is creating a book based off of her other book but in the point of view of another character?!! Hmm...

And shall I remind you that Deathly Hallows' first chapter was leaked on the internet days before its release, not to mention a review by the New York Times too.

And please can you people just cut down on the "Twilight' questions? Please just make my days before the start of school and little brighter? (It's raining here) And a third request - stop comparing Harry Potter to "Twilight".

She's not a bad writer. She has talent. She said so herself, "Twilight isn't a well-written series, but it's a story with a good plot!"

Her discontinuing of Midnight Sun - I'm sure - has nothing to do with fans' reactions to her writing. I know a lot of people that still enjoyed Breaking Dawn; though I honestly didn't like it, either.

Bottom line is that she deserves to have complete control over her works. And that includes her drafts. And I still strongly believe that she is a GREAT author. Almost everything she writes creates such great, artistic, vivid imagery, and I just can't help but admire her talent. I hope her career keeps skyrocketing. :]

Erm, i thinks she just wants a break altogether! After Breaking Dawn and how people didn't like it I think she wanted to focus on the film and Midnight Sun, but wait a while until she released it! But now, she must be upset! Give her some time, she'll write the end of Midnight Sun one day!

I'm starting to think she just loves this attention. I don't get why she's quitting now. She wrote most of the book and she has a whole book as an outline.

Edit: Uh, more sales than Harry Potter? Are you kidding me? No; her books didn't even come close to what Rowling has achieved. But she is quitting for now because of the leak, which has made her feel like not continuing.

no, your wrong. go one her website and read why she's thinking about not writing midnight sun. it is because the first 12 chapter of her book has been leak and she doesn't like people reading it before it is publish.

She only stopped writing Midnight Sun because the first 15 chapters got leaked onto the Internet, not that she realized she was a bad writer, because she isn't.

People can't like everyone. Some people think she can write, other think she can't. We all have our personal preferences when it comes to books. People shouldn't be criticized if they like Stephenie Meyer or other authors just because a few people don't like her or other authors.

Could you write, edit and publish two 700+ paged books in one year? I didn't think so. Give the woman some credit.

i totally disagree entirely , but that's just me, i think she has been under so much pressure with trying to make midnight sun as good as twilight that what happened shattered her hopes, i hope she keeps writing it.

Um, no. She didn't say she was going to stop writing it. She said she was putting it off because of her anger about the leak of the first 12 chapters. I believe she's an amazing author.

No. I think the reason she decided not the finish is completely understandable. She's probably so mad that she won't try her hardest with the book because in the back of her mind she's going to be thinking about the fact that a huge chunk of it has already been read and judge by fans. I knew that was going to happen the minute i found out the leak was real.

I mean if I was her I wouldn't finish it either, but she's also kind of taking it out on her fans by doing this she should get the person who leaked the manuscript fired or something.

If you put all your effort into writing a book and then it got leaked onto the internet where everyone in the world can read it before it was corrected or finalized i think you would be pretty mad too.

so shes not a bad writer. she is just too hurt and upset to write it now as well as she could if she was not so mad.

look im not here to argue but if you haters really hate the books, then why do you waste your time by posting all over the internet tryind to ruin it for people who actually LIKE the books? Correct me if im wrong but isn't that a waste of time if you don't like the books? The books mean alot to me cos they helped me through a hard time and I don't like reading all this c**p about them posted by haters. sorry but thats how i feel.
