Stepping motor error on embroidery machine

Question

Hi Benimur,You helped me pout with this same problem a week or so ago. The machine did work fine for a few days, but now the same message comes up again. "Stepping motor error"I followed the same advise you gave last time in checking the bobbin area, made sure everything was clean-all seems well there. Could the problem be more serious than first thought? Would appreciate your assistance.Sue Bazant
