Steppson accused me of molesting him when he was put into drug rehab, now hes out, and needs to come home?

im currently in californina and my wife picked up her son who is now saying hes willing to tell the truth and get his life back together. what legally binding setup can i do so that he can't go back, call the cops and get me right back where we were last month??

Is your stepson saying that you did not molest him now?  I don't understand? are you saying that you don't want him to come back because he might accuse you for more things?  If so, I would talk to your wife and tell her how you feel. If she still wants him home and you are afraid that he will get you in more trouble, then I would leave to protect yourself.  I would also contact an attorney or legal aide to see what you can do.

there are consequences in life... and one consequence is that no matter how sorry you are or how you admit the truth... if you have lied you have lost trust.

Help him out by maybe helping to get into an apartment and pay one months rent or something but he is adult and lied and needs to experience the consequence.

druggies are manipulators.... he doesn't NEED to come home, he needs a place to live.  there is a difference.  I am assuming he is adult?

Well, that's a slippery slope. You can't say to him "say it on tape so it's heard", cause could be viewed as threatening (like you made him)... Probably best to record it secretly, when he's at his most vulnerable. Or bring him to a counselor, allow him to open up to him/her.

Personally, I wouldn't allow him in my home just yet. You have way too much to risk. Or you stay somewhere else till the truth comes out. (as I'm sure you know) that kind of stuff can ruin you forever.
