Hi !! I'm trying hard to help someone (Canadien) to go in Philippine to get married with his Love Philipina !!

But, their wedding is coming soon and I feel like it will take more time that they expected for all the paper BEFORE the wedding.

I heard about the Cerfificat that prouve that he's not already married, here in Canada.. but, I do not find the way to get it BEFORE , to fill it and bring it there.

How long and What does he exactly need before the wedding...

I feel like its a puzzle !!!
