Steps for pictures like this? [pic included]?

How can I make the picture clear and with better coloring? And I also would like to know how to put two pictures together.

I use photoshop CS, photoshop 7.0 and photofiltre.

To install and use these, (unzip them first) all you do is open Photoshop, access the "actions" palette, drag and drop the action into an empty spot in the actions palette. Once you do that all you do is click the little arrow to expand the action and then click on the first step in the action and hit the little play button on the bottom of the action palette.

if you dont like the color balance just go to layers then merge visible and after that go to image>adjustments>variations and add more red or yellow or whatever floats your boat and it should come out looking great!!! hope this helps!!
