The answer ahead of me pretty much covered all of the exercises but I have to point out that when doing these exercises you have to make sure you really know what you are doing and you do them right or else you'll never see any gains in your size. You don't want to be wasting time trying to exercise if you are doing it all wrong! www.sexcrashcourse.com offers lots of tips and a guide to get you started with beginner routine sup to the very advanced. Some of the stuff they offer is also free so I would try checking that out.
